SACRED SOUND MEDITATIONAs we find ourselves drawing near to the end of another year and nature prepares for hibernation, it's vital that we carve out time & space for some deep rest & renewal.
There's so much magic to be uncovered within the darkness of this season - if we're willing to press pause & surrender to it.
This is your invitation to slow down, relax by candlelight and find respite from the external world. Allow yourself to be bathed by sacred sounds.

A Unique Sound Healing Experience.
This is a guided meditation through Vibrational Sound - in particular sound created by the human voice, which is known to be the most powerful healing instrument of them all.
The human voice is the most natural, intuitive and resonant instrument for connecting with and healing the human spirit. It has the ability to connect with and heal people on a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual & energetic level due to the emotive quality, which is beyond what any instrument can provide.
It carries with it the vibration of compassion, wisdom and love and can create the most profound energetic shifts, clearing away any blockages, stagnant energy or areas of disharmony within.
This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in another world & explore your inner world, by absorbing some live, ethereal vocals & vibrational sound.
These vocals are inspired by the energy of each group setting. They are intuitively and spontaneously channelled and sung so that you can feel the unique healing benefits each time - the feeling is one of being nurtured, safe and surrendering to the healing process.
Simply lay down, relax by candlelight and open yourself up to the magic of Sound Healing.
Yoga mats, blankets & eye pillows provided, however feel free to bring your own mat if you have one. Wear comfy clothing and bring anything else along to enhance the comfort of your experience.
