Good Vibrations Mini-Retreat

Join us for a peaceful afternoon combining Sound Healing and QiGong - both ancient practices that are used as tools to connect with the conscious mind.

We kick the retreat off with a gentle grounding meditation, leading into a detoxifying traditional qigong, a zingy energising breathwork, followed by a connective sharing circle over a light lunch break with liver detox tea and a fresh fruit platter. Finishing the afternoon will be a therapeutic Sound Bath courtesy of Reiki Master Shon Ross from Inneflow.

Feel refreshed, switched on, and lit up. We will require a little summary of why you'd like to join us, and if there are any topics you'd really like to work through together.

The Vyne Theatre is a gorgeous spacious venue with multiple studios. We will be using the theatre space itself for our day.

Please allow time to find a parking space; there are 5 spaces directly outside the venue and ample street parking. There may also be allowances to use the neighbouring industrial estate car park which is a 2 minute walk from the space.
