Sacred Sound Bath

Something was seeded last December, and summer has arrived to meet it. Another six month cycle closes and a new season begins. As the days stretch long and the natural world reaches its fullest expression, we gather to receive what this season is offering — a moment to exhale, to open, to let what has been quietly growing finally land.

This is the first sound bath of summer, and there is something cheerful and expansive about that threshold. We’ll use the resonance of crystal bowls and tonal vibration to help you settle into the abundance of this season and release whatever still stands between you and it. Come as you are. Let the sound do the rest.

Your sound bath experience is offered in a warm, comfortable room with an extra cushy yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and blocks provided for your support. Once settled, I gently walk you into a state of calm with guided words and healing quartz crystal singing bowl vibrations that allow you to drift into bliss.

Bring a water bottle and any additional supportive props you like. We delight in wearing cozy socks and eye masks. Noise reducing earplugs help soothe sensitive ears.
