Sacred Somatics: Hapé & Sound

I’m really excited to offer this special collaboration with my dear friend and medicine woman Elisabeth White on Friday April 10th!

We’ll be creating a grounded space for nervous system reset through somatic movement, guided meditation, sound healing, and optional ceremonial hapé.

We’ll begin by gently reconnecting to the body through movement and breath, settle into meditation, and then move into a sound bath for deep relaxation and integration.

For those who feel called, hapé will be offered ceremonially and is completely optional. It’s a traditional Amazonian plant medicine used for grounding, clarity, and energetic clearing.

This experience is about slowing down, clearing the mind, and returning to presence in a supportive space.

Come as you are and allow your body the chance to reset.
