Over 6 weeks, you’ll step into a creative healing experience designed to help you reconnect, reflect, and restore. Through hands-on activities, light sewing techniques, and guided conversations, you’ll explore how different stitches can represent the pieces of your story—and how to begin stitching them back together.

Each session blends creativity, self-discovery, and community in a way that feels uplifting, fun, and meaningful. You’ll learn a new skill, express yourself through art and design, and walk away with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
