This intimate evening at Alchemy House is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, heart-centered space.We’ll begin together with a cacao ceremony and guided meditation, using ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and set intentions for self-love, presence, and connection. This shared opening helps everyone arrive fully, settle the nervous system, and ease into the evening.
After the opening, guests will be divided into small groups of four and rotate through three thoughtfully curated experiences:
• Salt Room Sound Bath – calming frequencies in a mineral-rich environment to support relaxation, breath, and restoration
• Herbal Foot Soaks – paired with a champagne-style mocktail and chocolate-covered strawberries, offering a cozy, grounding moment to unwind and connect
• Make-and-Take Self-Love Infusion – create a personalized infusion jar with herbs and intention to take home as a reminder of the care you’ve given yourself
Each group will have time to fully experience each offering before rotating, creating an intimate and unhurried flow throughout the evening.
We’ll come back together at the end to close the gathering, allowing space for reflection, integration, and a gentle return before heading home.
This gathering isn’t about fixing or changing yourself — it’s about honoring where you are, allowing yourself to receive, and choosing to show up for yourself with care.
