Each class can be attended on its own, and they’re designed to work beautifully together if you choose to attend all four.This beginner-friendly Human Design series is designed to help you understand how your energy is meant to work, and more importantly, how to live in alignment with it.
Over four weeks, we’ll explore your:
• Energy type and how you’re designed to use and restore energy
• Profile lines and the roles you naturally move through in life
• Authority and how you’re meant to make decisions
• Incarnation Cross and the deeper themes that shape your path
Rather than focusing on information alone, each session emphasizes integration, helping you recognize where you’ve been forcing, pushing, or overriding yourself, and how to return to a way of living that feels steadier, more sustainable, and more aligned with your natural rhythm.
Human Design is a system that blends ancient wisdom traditions with modern science to map how your energy, decision-making, and life themes are uniquely wired. Think of it as a blueprint for how you are designed to move through the world - not how you’ve been taught you should.
Each participant will receive their own Human Design chart, and we’ll work directly with your chart throughout the series using real-life examples and guided reflection. You’ll leave with practical insight you can apply immediately, not just something you understand, but something you embody.
