Sacred Rose Solstice Experience: Strengthening Your Spirit

This is a rose retreat for women in Sedona during the summer solstice window. The theme of this rose experience is all about strenghtening your spirit, building your receiving skills, and really filling your cup. All of this is so that you can stand sacred and beautiful in this world.

June in Sedona is quiet with very few crowds.It's a perfect time for a retreat like this.

Lifting up your life to match the quality of your divinity. Filling your cup - an antidote to overwhelm, fatigue, listlessness, and/or political & war-related heaviness. Experiencing goodness, staying in goodness - really letting goodness seep into your pores. Practicing the skill of receiving. Practicing the skill of intuition. Blessing your humanity and your senses. Attracting love. Feeling alive. Initiation into the mature feminine and being a woman. Harmonizing your polarities. Being settled and centered. Peace. Mercy. Spiritual maturity.

1. Opening rose ceremony with a focus on initiation
2. Sun energy work with a focus on the inner sun to revitalize and boost your energy field
3. Rose body movement practices to anchor your spirit into your everyday
4. Practicing intuitive skills to directly benefit your own life
5. Weaving sacred rose practices throughout - including sound work
6. Talisman making and other creative projects to anchor your heaven on earth
7. Sacred journaling practices to reveal hidden truths
8. Closing rose ceremony with a focus on integration
9. Individual intuitive guidance throughout the day
10. Pauses/breaks after every exercise to allow for integration

1. Pre-retreat preparation group call and ritual (2-3 hours) in January 2025
2. Post-retreat spring equinox integration group call and ritual (2-3 hours) in March 2025
3. Online community with helpful prompts and videos for the duration of your experience - starting 1 week before your prep call until 1 week after your prep call.
4. Preparation guides in pdf format delivered to your email inbox
5. A surprise at the end of the retreat!

There are local food places open within 2-5 minute drive of the retreat location. Food isn't provided as part of the retreat.

My name Dilshad roughly translated means ‘happy heart’.

I come from Zoroastrian ancestry and Indian cultural stock. And I have a sneaky suspicion that this is where my connection to rose comes from. Since I was a child, I’ve eaten, drank, and worked with roses. You might especially like to read my article on the Spiritual Meaning of the Rose published on Spirituality & Health magazine.

I’ve been an Intuitive Guide for about 10 years. I’m also a ritual hostess, jewelry designer, medicine maker, women’s social group hostess, and a hiking group hostess. I’ve been published in multiple magazines and hosted on multiple podcasts - you can get a sense of all my published work here.

1. The work will hold you firmly and with kindness.
2. This work is focused on spiritual maturity and embodied, lived, self-evident spirituality. You will not find toxic new age beliefs, ungrounded mumbo jumbo, fantastical thinking, or any kind of spiritual bypassing here.
3. The work targets your mind, body, spirit, and emotions. It's very grounded. It’s a whole being workout.
4. Provided you’re alert, you will see real, tangible changes in your life (sometimes as early as from the time you sign up for the retreat)
5. Small groups for the perfect blend of individual attention and group energetics. This retreat will have anywhere from a minimum of 4 women to a maximum of 12 women.
