Sacred Resonance is a one-of-a-kind experience that weaves together guided meditation, restorative yoga, intuitive Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and the live vibrations of the didgeridoo. Designed to calm the nervous system and nurture the whole person, this experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, and receive.
We begin with a gentle guided meditation, allowing you to arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you’ll settle into supported restorative yoga postures using blankets, bolsters, and props, giving your body permission to completely relax without effort.
As you rest, Luz offers intuitive Reiki, a gentle Japanese energy practice that encourages relaxation and supports the body’s natural capacity for balance and well-being. Throughout the session, you’ll be immersed in the live sounds of the didgeridoo, performed by Pitz. One of the world’s oldest continuously played wind instruments, the didgeridoo has been traditionally crafted and played by Aboriginal Australians for thousands of years. Its rich, resonant tones create a grounding and meditative soundscape that beautifully complements the practice.
At the heart of Sacred Resonance is The Healing Conversation—an intuitive collaboration between Reiki and live vibration. As Reiki is offered, Pitz responds by bringing the didgeridoo closer to areas where sound may provide additional support, creating a unique dialogue between energy, vibration, and stillness. Because this unfolds intuitively, no two experiences are ever the same.
The journey concludes with Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” a guided meditation that invites profound physical relaxation while the mind rests in quiet awareness.
