About this Event
Sacred Release is a 90-minute evening of breathwork, sound, and gentle movement led by master healer Donna Lakes at the Ascension School of Healing Arts (ASHA) in downtown Ferndale, Michigan. It is a sacred space to release, rest, and renew.
What happens during the evening
- Release. Breathwork, yoga poses, and gentle movement to help you let go of stress and stored emotion.
- Reset. Singing bowls, drum rhythms, and other sacred instruments to help you relax and settle.
- Belief work. Guided reflection to notice limiting beliefs and create new, supportive thoughts.
- Rise. A closing celebration of joy and gratitude.
Release, reset, rise. It is a full-body, full-heart evening.

Who leads it
