The stars have aligned on Friday, February 13th and it's the perfect time to celebrate the beauty of the senses and heartful pleasure; friendship, food, music, herbal crafted drinks and candlelight! Not only is it Valentine's eve, but traditionally Friday the 13th was a day to honor feminine energy. In Norse mythology the goddess, Freya, rules over Friday and the 13 moons cycles in a year are naturally connected to women. We are turning our table into an altar and our 6 course meal is an offering to the goddess within you. This Valentine's dining experience is for all women who want to celebrate the season of love with your own good company, your girlfriends or any important female in your life!

Chef’s surprise bite, thoughtfully crafted and paired with a refreshing botanical house-made mocktail.

COURSE II
CONSOMMÉ
An herbal-infused organic, free-range chicken broth—crystal clarified and deeply nourishing—served with warm homemade sourdough and whipped rosemary butter.

COURSE III
CLASSIC SWISS FONDUE
A bubbling pot of rich, silky Swiss cheese fondue served with grilled Italian bread, pretzel bites, an assortment of seasonal vegetables, crisp apples and pears, and smoky sausage for the perfect savory-sweet balance.

COURSE IV
PALATE CLEANSER
Homemade pineapple–hibiscus–ginger sorbet: a taste of summertime and gently spiced to refresh the senses.

COURSE V
LEMON PASTA
Lemon pasta topped with tender poached scallops, finished in a red pepper flake, garlic, and herb-butter sauce that’s both vibrant and comforting.

COURSE VI
CHOCOLATE OLIVE OIL CAKE
Moist chocolate olive oil cake paired with homemade vanilla bean ice cream, a luscious raspberry merlot sauce, and crushed pistachios
