Our monthly women circles are back and better than ever. Each month we will explore a topic and offer discussion around it. This month the theme is rage. Perhaps you have never thought of your rage as sacred?
We are inspired to bring this topic to conversation because as women this is often the most repressed of all of our emotions . Our rage is ancestral, in our DNA & something most of us weren’t taught how to feel in alchemize in a healthy way. The circle will include some somatic experiences nervous system practices to help you not only give yourself permission to feel your feelings of anger and rage, but ultimately to alchemize them and move through them.
Everyone will receive some journal prompts to take home as well as some goodies from our sponsors .
