In this 4-hour somatic workshop, we’ll create a ritual space where your rage is not just allowed - it’s welcomed. Together, we’ll explore, express, and reclaim your anger with depth, presence, and connection.
You’ll be held in a safe, trauma-sensitive space of emotional honesty and curiosity, where anger becomes a portal to transformation.
