Journaling Session:**We will begin with a reflective journaling session, where you will explore your feelings and their triggers.Setting Intentions

Ritual:**After journaling, we will participate in a ritual to set our intentions. This sacred moment encourages you to voice what you hope to let go of and what you wish to invite into your life.

Guided Movement:**Next, we will engage in guided movement designed to help you connect with your body and process your emotions. Through gentle, expressive movements, you will have the opportunity to embody your feelings, allowing energy to flow and be released. This movement is not just exercise; it’s a celebration of your body and its ability to express what words sometimes cannot.

Emotional Release Exercise:**In a cathartic segment of the ritual, we will empower you to express your rage in whatever way feels right. You are welcome to scream, cry, and bang pillows—let it all out! This exercise encourages you to release pent-up emotions safely and authentically, transforming what might be seen as negative into a powerful act of liberation.

Group Reiki Circle:**To conclude our ritual, we will gather in a circle for a calming group Reiki session. This energy healing experience fosters connection and support, helping to restore balance and peace within.
