The Year of the Snake is a deeply transformational time to clear your path, shed the old skin, the outdated beliefs and the identities you've outgrown.
What you're letting go of cannot be carried into this next chapter. The Horse cannot gather momentum and run with the snake's skin.
Sacred Pause Ritual is an invitation to pause in this transition period-
to honour what has been shed, acknowledge what may still be lingering and and consciously prepare your body and nervous system for the forward motion of the Horse. It's a space to recalibrate before momentum builds, so you can move with clarity and integrity.
In a culture where productivity is celebrated, you're offered some intentional time to digest the big and small things that you’ve experienced in the past year.
Every wave of grief, every achievement, every physical ache, or heart bursting joy, every crushing disappointment or overwhelming love – please bring it all.
You will get some grounding co-regulation to soothe your nervous system and a deeper connection to- and awareness of - your physical and emotional body.
