As we move towards the close of 2024, I warmly invite you to join me in the Sacred Pause Ritual - a space to honour the end of this chapter with integration and celebration of all the big and little moments you've experienced this year. Together, we’ll create room to breathe and regulate our nervous systems, allowing us to step into the festive season with ease and flow, rather than feeling swept up in the rush of it all.
It takes courage to say yes to rest and play in a culture where exhaustion is seen as a status symbol.

Sacred Pause Ritual is an invitation for your body, mind and spirit to accept the space and permission they need to rest.
As much as our bodies have capacity to move quickly to keep up in our fast-paced world, they also need time to go slooooooow (without the guilt of not being productive).
In a culture where productivity is celebrated, you're offered some intentional time to digest all the subtle and profound things you've experienced this past year.
Every wave of grief, every achievement, every physical ache, or heart bursting joy, every crushing disappointment or overwhelming love – please bring it along.
You are encouraged to give them the integration or celebration they deserve.
While it's true that 'life goes on', it's important to acknowledge that it's too short not to feel our emotions and experience our life to its depths fully.
