Sacred Pause at The Whitley: A Floating Sound Bath

Experience a deeply restorative 60-minute floating sound bath led by Shelby Adina. Guests will float effortlessly in our heated indoor saline pool while receiving therapeutic sound frequencies designed to calm the nervous system, create inner spaciousness, and realign your vibration for the new year.

This special Sacred Pause session helps you unwind, reset, and gently honor the closing of the year. Non-floating guests are also welcome to enjoy the sound bath from a comfortable, supported position along the pool deck.

• Check-in begins at 6:30 PM to allow time to settle in and prepare.
