We begin with a grounding yoga flow to open the body and anchor into the present moment. From there, you’ll move through intentional workshops that explore emotional embodiment and authenticity — how to build a more balanced, truthful relationship with yourself, and how to live from that place.
Our cacao ceremony will be guided by the energy of the day, inviting you to return to your center and honor your ancestral wisdom.
You’ll integrate your experience with art therapy, sound healing, and sacred fire to release, close, and give thanks.
