Long before modern comfort, men gathered in heat and steam to cleanse body, spirit, and mind. In the old Germanic and Nordic traditions, sauna was a place of renewal where fire, water, and breath restored balance and strength. We return to this ancient practice to release what no longer serves and emerge grounded, clear, and renewed.
Bring a food dish to pass
A towel inappropriate clothing like shorts and a dry pair of clothes to get back into.
