Step into a sacred space of renewal, sisterhood, and deep energetic cleansing. This Women’s Sauna Ritual is a ceremonial gathering where we work with the elements of fire, water, and breath to release what no longer serves and call in clarity, strength, and balance.
Inside the warmth of the sauna, we will move through intentional breathing, guided ritual, and purification to gently cleanse the spirit, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with our inner wisdom. This is a space to soften, let go, and be held in community as we honor the body and soul.
Please bring:
• A dish to pass (for shared nourishment)
• A towel
• A skirt
• Dry clothing for afterwards
