Sacred Love - Heart Chakra Sound Bath and Crystal Meditation

Since we've entered a new year, and the season of love is upon us, we want start the year off by spreading peace, harmony, and LOVE! This pre-Valentine's Day event is perfect for those who wish to heal past trauma, call in a soulmate, enhance a connection, or simply love on yourself! We will begin with a crystal meditation and intention setting. Light body stretching, and then our sound healing. The session will focus on Heart Chakra and Root Chakra healing. Instruments used will include Tibetan sound bowls, Quartz crystal singing bowls, soft chimes, and steel tongue drum. Entire session will be about 45-50 minutes.
