Sacred Femme: Yoga + Sound Experience

Join us on Sunday, May 17th at 10:30am for a beautifully curated, open-air wellness experience at the River Market in Fort Lauderdale, set on the lush turf just outside Pura Vida.

Designed to feel both elevated and deeply grounding, this experience begins with a 60-minute, slow and intentional yoga flow — inviting you to soften, release, and reconnect with your body — followed by an immersive sound healing journey to restore your nervous system and leave you feeling fully reset.

This event is hosted in collaboration with Les Femmes Social Club, with yoga mats by TulaBala and yoga + sound by Rooted Balance Collective — bringing together movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection in a refined outdoor setting.
