A guided journaling experience designed to awaken feminine strength, rewrite limiting beliefs, and anchor into self-love through powerful “I AM” statements.
The second part of the journey focuses on energetic and embodied integration through heart-opening cacao, a Fire Horse-focused group SRT clearing, and a deeply restorative sound bath with Reiki, supporting gentle release, nervous system regulation, and the settling of insights into the body.

Jacqueline Hessler is an intuitive healer, Master Reiki practitioner, and spiritual guide devoted to the modern sacred feminine. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with present-day embodiment, supporting women in reconnecting to their intuition, inner authority, and wholeness.
With over a decade of training in energy work, plant medicine, and embodied spiritual practices, Jacqueline creates grounded, intentional spaces for healing, integration, and transformation—where softness and strength exist together.

Megan has a passion for holistic approaches to mental health and wellbeing, seeing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through her own healing journey, Megan has discovered the power of plant medicine, integration, and holistic healing practices.
As a lifelong learner, Megan is trained in various holistic modalities, including Breathwork, Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Embodied Dreamwork, and trauma-informed plant medicine facilitation.
