Sacred Echoes-Audio+Sensory Experience-Sound Bath

We’ll begin with free-flow movement set to tribal rhythms, easing into a space of self-care and connection with your body. Next, you’ll experience a guided meditation crafted with a whimsical, introspective storyline by the artist—written and produced exclusively for this event.

From there, drift into a rich sound bath featuring live sounds from instruments across ancient cultures, resonating with healing frequencies to deepen your relaxation and clarity.

Arrive by 6:15pm to settle in, as the experience begins promptly at 6:30pm. Please bring a yoga mat and your favorite pillow. Optional: some people like to bring an eye mask, water bottle and a favortie crystal or gemstone. Space is very limited; RSVP now to reserve your spot.
