Join us for an immersive Yoga experience where we deep dive Yoga philosophy and its teachings. We’ll be spending 5 weekends together reading, studying and discussing the yoga sutras, the 8 limb path, the Kleshas, the Gunas, the Koshas, Breathwork, Meditation, Chanting, Ayurveda and so much more! Yoga is more than poses and this workshop aims to guide you into the teachings and practices that can inspire you to live your best life behind the mat!
This workshop takes place with Lifted’s 200hour Yoga Certification Course.
We’ll be reading two books together. Plus homework will be offered to help you deepen your understanding.
This workshop takes place on the following weekends at the following times:

January 4th, 5th, 18th and 19th
February 1st and 2nd
