Join Megan Stemly-RYT 200 HR and step into balance this Spring Equinox with our Sacred Cycles Women’s Circle. As the season shifts towards renewal and growth, it’s the perfect time to align your practice with the natural rhythms of your body. We will gather in community to explore yoga, breath work, and meditation practices to support:
-cycle syncing
-embodiment
-nervous system flexibility
-feminine rage and resilience
-regulation and rest
Whether you're looking to be in community with other women exploring the sacred feminine in modern times or simply seeking to feel more in tune with yourself, this session offers practical tools to help support your mind, body, and spirit throughout the season.
Light refreshments and herbal tea will be provided. Space is limited to 12 participants so please be sure to sign up early.
