Sacred Circle of Breath & Sound

Join Valerie and Maria in the Sacred Circle! This is an intimate gathering for those who are looking to release what is no longer serving them from mind & body to make room for their deepest desires.

this event is for you!

We will join in circle and open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao or different 🍄 options available) to drop into our bodies and out of our thinking minds.

You will then be educated on the process and benefits of both breathwork and sound healing. This will then transition into intention setting before the practices begin.

We will then move through a breathwork journey together to release stagnant emotions/energy, regulate our nervous systems, and access the subconscious mind.

After this, as you rest in shavasana, Maria will take us through the process of tuning your body, mind, & heart to the frequency of love & liberation through a combination of crystal bowls and mantra meditation. She creates sound landscapes that restore a deeper connection with your body's wisdom and soul purpose.

Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, & Reiki II practitioner Val Davis and Sound Practioner Maria Borghoff, within the Sacred Circle.

• Journal & pen
• Yoga mat
• Pillow (to sit on and/or for breathwork)
• Anything you want for breathwork (blanket, eye mask, bolster)
• Items for the altar (you can take them back home with you after)
• Clothing layers: event is in the foothills where the temperature is 10-15 degrees cooler than Denver
  

I have extra eye masks, blankets, and a couple yoga mats available.

Water, tea, and fruit will also be provided!

Space we will gather in together, located in the foothills of Morrison, CO (closer to Evergreen).

NOTE: Only a camping toilet in a privacy tent is available immediately outside the door located in photo. If this does not meet your personal needs, please note that ahead of time. You can receive full refund if already booked.
