This sacred gathering is designed to help you release, renew, and realign with the powerful energy of the last full moon of 2024!

Our time together includes:

• Moonlit Yoga Flow: A grounding and gentle practice to help you connect with your body, release tension and invite clarity.
• Guided Meditation
• Intention Setting, Self Inquiry and Fire Release
• Holotropic Breathwork: a powerful self-exploration and healing technique developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof in the 1970s. You will be guided through accelerated breathing with evocative music in a safe, supportive setting to access expanded states of consciousness.
• Sound Bath Healing: Bathe in the healing vibrations of multiple instruments as they transport you to a state of deep relaxation and renewal.
