Rather than only learning about the chakras conceptually, this session invites you to feel and experience each energy center in the body through a guided full-spectrum flow. We’ll begin with a clear, accessible overview of the chakra system, then move through practices designed to help you sense, understand, and work with these subtle centers in a practical way.

This workshop is designed to be both foundational and deeply experiential — a space to connect movement, breath, and awareness in a way that supports clarity, balance, and integration.
