Join us for a 2-hour immersive journey designed to quiet the mind and open the heart. We will step away from the commercial noise of the holiday and step into a sacred container of connection, warmth, and authentic love.

Using the ancient medicine of Ceremonial Cacao, we will gently dissolve the walls we build around our hearts, allowing us to feel more deeply, connect more authentically, and rest more fully.

This is not just a chocolate drink; it is a heart-opening ritual.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We will flow through a curated journey of relaxation and activation:

Ceremonial Grade Cacao: We will share a cup of high-quality, ethically sourced Cacao. Known as "The Food of the Gods," this plant medicine increases blood flow to the heart and releases bliss-inducing neurotransmitters.

Guided Heart Meditation: A soothing visualization to ground your energy and set your intentions for love and healing.

Gentle Movement & Breathwork: A simple, accessible Qigong practice to move stagnant energy and prepare the body for deep rest.

Sound Healing & Integration: We will conclude with a restorative sound bath, allowing the insights of the ceremony to settle into your cells.

No previous experience with Cacao or meditation is necessary.

IMPORTANT DETAILS​

What to Wear: Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for floor seating. We recommend layers in shades of red, pink, or white to honor the energy of the day.

Preparation: It is best to avoid heavy meals 2 hours before the ceremony to allow the Cacao to be fully absorbed. Please drink plenty of water throughout the day.

What to Bring: A water bottle, a journal and pen (optional), and an open heart. Yoga mats and props are provided.
