Sacramento City Center Membership Appreciation - Puppy Yoga

Please Chose from one of two sessions

And Join us for Light Bites at the Capital Garage Before or After your session
• Session 1: 12:00–1:00 PM
• Capital Garage : 1:00 - 2:00PM
• Session 2: 2:00–3:00 PM

Each session takes place in 3 stages:

• First 30 minutes of pure yoga
• Then 20 minutes of cuddles with our baby puppies
• Finally 10 minutes of relaxation

ℹ️ We invite you to come 10 minutes early and in appropriate attire for practicing yoga (sports attire). Yoga mats will be provided by the club, so you do not need to bring your own.
