Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of movement, rhythm, and creative expression in our Sacral Soul Flow Yoga Workshop.
This gentle yoga experience focuses on awakening the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)—the energetic center of creativity, emotion, pleasure, and fluid movement.
Through a slow, flowing yoga practice, guided intuitive movement, and grounding drumming rhythms, we’ll invite the body to soften, release tension in the hips, and reconnect with the natural flow of creative energy.

Gentle Sacral Yoga Flow
A slow, fluid yoga practice designed to open the hips, pelvis, and lower back.
Drumming Rhythms
Rhythmic drumming will guide the flow of movement and help awaken the body’s natural sense of rhythm and expression.
