Chakra Alchemy Sessions
Sessions are held on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 PM in My Sacred Space.
These sessions are transformative journey designed to balance and heal each of the seven chakras through a unique blend of Reiki energy healing, somatic movement, yoga, and sound therapy. Each 2-hour session offers a holistic approach to deepening your self-awareness and fostering spiritual, physical, and emotional healing. Open to all, you can join any or all sessions as your intuition guides you.

Gentle, flowing Reiki energy directed to the lower abdomen enhances emotional balance, creativity, and joy. This treatment aims to clear blockages and stimulate healthy flow.
Fluid, hip-focused movements that encourage freedom of motion and emotional release. Movements will emphasize fluidity and openness in the hip area to enhance creative expression. Poses like Pigeon Pose, Goddess Pose, and Hip Openers promote hip flexibility and openness. These poses support emotional release and stimulate creativity and joy.
Water-like, flowing tones from instruments like crystal bowls or chimes that resonate with the Sacral Chakra, encouraging emotional flow and creative expression.
