Please join me for an evening of relaxing & Wine-ding(😆) down. One glass of house wine, draft beer, included with price.
I will lead you in a short meditation then play you a magical sound bath to calm your whole nervous system, relax and reset you. Please bring your yoga mat, a pillow, blanket whatever to make you comfortable. I will provide you with a disposable steam mask that last 45 minutes to an hour. If you would like to bring your own face mask from home please do. I can’t wait to see you.
