🐾 Introducing Sachse Safe Paws, a new partnership between Sachse Animal Services and Sachse Fire-Rescue designed to help lost pets find their way home!Both Sachse Fire Stations are now equipped with microchip scanners. That means if you find a lost animal after Sachse Animal Shelter hours, you can bring them to either Fire Station to be scanned for a microchip so we can work on reuniting them with their family faster.
To kick off the program, we're hosting a FREE microchipping clinic on May 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sachse Fire Station #2 in partnership with Friends of Rescue Animals. Microchipping is one of the best ways to make sure your pet can be identified if they ever get lost, and this event makes it easy and free for Sachse residents. No appointment needed.
This event is open to all Sachse residents. Proof of residency may be required.
