What might happen if we reimagined our relationship with time?Join Rising Day Ministries and Leland Seminary for a special Sabbath Symposium on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 9:00–11:30 AM (ET) at The Church at Clarendon (1210 N. Highland St, Arlington, VA). This enriching morning will feature guest speaker Dr. Travis West, who will present “Sabbath in a Temporally Discombobulated Society: How Changing Our Metaphors for Time Can Change Our Lives.”
In a world where schedules are packed and time often feels fragmented, Dr. West will invite us to explore how shifting the way we think about time can open the door to deeper Sabbath rest, renewed rhythms, and a more faithful way of living.
The morning will include a light continental breakfast, Dr. West’s presentation, and a Q&A conversation where you’ll have the opportunity to engage more deeply with the topic. Virtual attendance is also available for those who cannot join us in person.
