A 5-Week Relationship Experience

Maybe you become anxious when someone pulls away. You shut down when things get too close. You overthink, people-please, overgive, avoid difficult conversations, or lose yourself trying to keep the connection.
You may even understand why you do it.
But when you're triggered, you still find yourself doing it again.
S/HE: The Conscious Community is an intimate five-week experience for men and women ready to understand the patterns shaping their relationships, release what's underneath them, build greater safety within themselves, and learn to choose differently when it actually matters.
Led by Joelle Barbarulo of Divinity Life Coach and Valentina Mazzei of Where the Magic Happens, this experience combines relationship and attachment work, inner-child and shadow work, subconscious reprogramming, nervous-system recalibration, somatic practices, sound, and real-life integration.
Over five weeks, we'll move through:
THE PATTERN - What am I doing?�THE WOUND - Why am I doing it?�THE BODY - Why can't I just think my way out of it?�THE CHOICE - What can I do differently when it happens?�THE RELATIONSHIP - Who am I becoming in connection?
And the work continues between sessions through guided reflection, integration practices, and tools you can use in your actual life.
This is not couples therapy, and you don't need to attend with a partner. S/HE is for men and women who are single, dating, partnered, married, or simply ready to create healthier relationships with themselves and others.
