Emotions is a peculiar size, and so often it seem like they are arising from nowhere at all. In this talk, we will try to extrapolate the arising of emotions as well as the disapearing of them.We will try to find head and tails in the vastness of emotions, in the neuroscience of emotions and in the zen relationship to emotions.
In order to share a calm and open relationship towards ones emotional landscape, we must first and foremost see for ourselves how they can lead us astray, if we are not taking care of them in the right fashion.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Marcus Udsen Grandjean is a Human physiologist that coaches physicality and meditation with special emphasis on the relationship between neurology, modern psychology and ancient philosophy.
Marcus focuses on bringing more awareness on mental health and spirituality in a contemporary context, that relies on science, practice and poetry.
