come join us at Ryse Above for a cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance and sound bath. this is a no judgement safe space for everyone to come as they are and be free! dj chords and arrows will be taking us on a journey were we can express ourselves with dance, movement, flow arts and any other way you see fit.
what to know and bring:
parking is on the side of the building along with on street parking.
feel free to bring any flow toys, drums, rain sticks, and anything else that can help you express yourself! this event is for you!
Rules:
no talking on the dance floor
no phones (be present)
we suggest no shoes to be grounded ( we understand some may have to wear shoes and that is ok this is not a must do! your comfort is most important to us!)
as always Ryse Above Ecstatic dance is donation based. we except cash app, venmo, zelle and cash, with a sliding scale of $25-$30 or give what you can. no one turned away!
