1:00pm-6:00pm: THE Muscle-Up Seminar (5 Hours)

8:00am-12:00pm: Competition Prep Seminar

Fundamentals

-Kipping Pull-ups

-Kipping HSPU (along with scales)

-Rope Climbing

-Strict Gymnastic Strength with scales for all levels

THE Muscle-Up Seminar

-Bar Muscle Up

-Strict Ring Muscle-up

-False Grip VS True Grip

-Kipping Ring Muscle-up

-Strict Gymnastics Strength Overview

Competition Prep

-Butterfly Pull-up/Butterfly C2B

-Advanced Handstand Skills (Handstand Walking, Deficit HSPU, Pirouettes, Freestanding HSPU)

-Misc Advanced Skills (Pullovers, Forward Rolls on the Rings)

Prerequisites:

Fundamentals: All are welcome! Can be scalable to all levels

THE Muscle-Up: 5/3 strict pull-ups, 5/3 strict dips, basic kipping pull-up/C2B ability.

Competition Prep: Ring and Bar Muscle-ups, Freestanding Handstand, Strict Muscle-up is recommended.
