RVA Yoga Hang at Point 5 in Carytown

Join us for an hour-long, all-levels vinyasa-style yoga class and sample non-alcoholic wines and spirits from Point 5, RVA's first N/A liquor store.

Each ticket comes with an N/A cocktail and samples plus 10% off any purchase! Any experience level of yogi is welcome. Please bring your own mat and any props you wish to use. We'll be practicing right in the store.

The class is taught by Carly Shields (@rvayogahang), 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Point 5 is Richmond’s first standalone non-alcoholic bottle shop featuring specialty beverages, barware, and mixers for sober curious and regular drinkers. Carrying an array of well-known national brands and sophisticated imported alcohol-free options to experiment with new and familiar flavors. Functional spirits have ingredients that can enhance your mood, improve your memory, help your body process stress, and support cognitive functions.
