Whether you're just beginning your fall race training or already building mileage, join us for an evening of yoga designed specifically for runners.
This 45-minute class will focus on improving mobility, increasing flexibility, and releasing tension in the muscles that work hardest during training. You'll leave feeling refreshed, recovered, and ready for your next run.
