Get ready to run, Jog, or walk your way through a fun-filled course designed for all ages and fitness levels!
IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE TO WALK THE TRAIL I JUST WANT YOU TO GET ACTIVE WITH COMMUNITY!

Light refreshments and a meditation will be available at the beginning and end of the movement.
Bring a friend join the tribe as we build and heal together.
