Join the Run for Your Life 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk at Ruby Grant Park—Norman’s spookiest race! Haunts, laughs, and Halloween surprises await on the trails. Part of the Norman Race Series.
Wear a costume for prizes, enjoy DJ music, games, and treats at the finish. Run, walk, or stroll—everyone’s welcome.
Trick-or-Treat Trot for youth is a separate event.
Volunteer spots available for non-runners.
5K entry includes:
Race medal
Timed race bib
Flashlight (while supplies last)
Beer ticket (21+)
Halloween party fun
Optional shirt
5K is adult-themed with strobe lights and fog. Not recommended for minors or those with light sensitivities.
