Ruck Up Tuesdays

Meet us in the lower parking lot closest to Lake Katherine and the mulched trailhead.
We will ruck around the trails at Reynolda. You can ruck for 1, 2, 3 or more miles with us.
Carrying weight or not. Just come get outside, walk, talk, and breath a little deeper.
*If you enter through the main entrance you have to go left. After that left, turn right before the silo and down to the lower lot.
