RSR Rangers & Volunteer Fall Series: Education

Join us at Ruff Start Rescue for a Rangers & Volunteer Event on September 18th, 2025!

Our Kids Education Program teaches the importance of compassion, responsibility, and respect for all living beings. By learning about animal care, rescue, and the role humans play in protecting pets, kids discover how their choices can make a difference. Education in rescue empowers the next generation to become kind advocates for animals, ensuring a brighter future for both people and pets.

The event will start at 5:30 pm and is estimated to last ~90 minutes; we will do a brief presentation about the topic then do a fun themed activity together! When signing up, please include parents and kids in the total admission number so we have an idea of how many will be in attendance.

Important Information:

• A parent/guardian MUST attend the event with the child
• Suggested ages: 5-12
• Ruff Start Rescue is not liable for any injuries resulting from this event
• This event will take place indoors at Ruff Start Rescue
• There is no fee to attend, but donations are always welcome to help cover the cost of materials
