RSF 45 Day Challenge!!! Jump start your health and fitness right away. We will start Apr 27th, workouts will include full body with strength and resistance training. We will do full body measurements, body fat, BMI and weigh ins at the start and the end. Indoor and Outdoor workouts at various parks in the city. Start Date: Apr 27th - Jun 11th
