Join us for the final epic throwdown of year ahead of F45 Hyrox London.
@rox_queens returns on November 2nd, and this time we are partnering with Hyrox sponsors F45. Together we are bringing you an epic throwdown to test drive your Hyrox stamina ahead of race day!

What’s included: Team challenges to get you warm, an EPIC F45 throwdown, live DJ, freebies from other partners to take home too!
This throwdown is open to any female Hyroxers whether you are signed up for a race yet or not. Come down to train with our community and be pushed to your limits by F45 coaches in their team training environment.
