Please join us for an engaging Rotary meeting featuring Christine Dawson, CFRE, Chief Executive Officer of The Community Foundation San Luis Obispo County.
Christine brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience and a deep passion for strategic philanthropy. Prior to joining CFSLOCO in June 2025, she served as Senior Vice President of Philanthropic Services at the Community Foundation for Monterey County, where she helped grow assets from $130 million to over $420 million and expanded annual grantmaking to $45 million.
At CFSLOCO, Christine is focused on expanding local impact, strengthening cross-sector partnerships, and inspiring generosity that supports a vibrant and resilient San Luis Obispo County.
Founded in 1998, The Community Foundation SLO County manages over $87 million in assets and has awarded more than $74 million in grants and scholarships supporting arts, education, environment, health care, and social services throughout our region.
