Two-Hour Workshop
Let’s start the new year with power, confidence, and a whole lot of feminine energy at this special Heels Pop-Up led by the incredible Laurin (@heelswithlaurin).
This time, get ready for a 2-hour, fun, fierce, feel-good session that blends technique, musicality, and expressive movement. Laurin’s teaching style is empowering and accessible, helping dancers of all levels feel grounded, strong, and unapologetically confident. Expect a supportive space, great music, and choreography that makes you feel amazing in your own skin.
What to expect: Heels technique + a fun choreography combo, A welcoming, judgment-free environment, Movement focused on confidence, musicality, and feminine strength
Option to wear knee pads for comfort. Wear heels, boots, or socks — totally your call!
About Laurin:
Laurin Weizel is an experienced dance educator, choreographer, and somatic movement specialist with a rich background in anatomy, embodied awareness, and heels technique. She is the founder and Artistic Director of Ooh La La Dance Company and currently directs the Hip-Hop Dance Program for Worthy Athletics in Santa Maria. Laurin has taught across Central Coast studios, specializing in heels, contemporary, and hip-hop with a strong foundation in anatomical alignment and expressive movement. Her teaching blends precision, musicality, and confidence-building to empower dancers of all levels.
